About CCTTA

In October 2006, CCTTA was founded by four table-tennis enthusiasts and has grown with support from Canadian governments at various levels, the Chinese Consulate in Toronto, and the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Toronto.

CCTTA partners with the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), Table Tennis Canada, and the Ontario Table Tennis Association, and has become the largest non-profit table tennis organization in the GTA.

Fifteen years ago there were few dedicated full-time facilities in Toronto. CCTTA was created to give enthusiasts a permanent place to play with professional equipment — promoting social harmony, friendship, personal health, and a higher profile for table tennis in Canada.

The association has also supported community causes and donated tables and equipment to universities in Toronto to grow awareness of the sport.
